Flashback

Correct me if I'm wrong.

The flashback ability can only be played as a Sorcery. I was especially thinking about Deep Analysis.

It depends on if the card that has flashback is a sorcery or instant. You could flashback Deep Analysis only when you could play a sorcery because Deep Analysis is a sorcery, but for a card like Coffin Purge, it can be flashbacked at instant speed because Coffin Purge is an instant.

The Flashback ability may be played any time you could play the particular card that you're trying to flash back. Deep Analysis is a sorcery, so yes, you could only play it as a sorcery. Moment's Peace is an instant, so it can be played as an instant, even when using the Flashback ability.

Ah, great. That just made me decide to use Night's Whisper in favor of Deep Analysis in my High Tide deck.
