I agree that kobold/skullclamp is a nice drawengine, but recycle is so much more fun to play compared to skullclamp, so I prefer to play a recycle based draw engine.
My build is based around the following:
Using cradles/tolarian and the 0 CC critters combined with all the other fast mana artifacts I want to cast one of the 13 massive draw spells. Turn 1 draw 7's and turn 2 bargain or recycle are usual. The amount of card drawing that will result from the 21 free cards in this deck combined with recycle is awesome. If I resolve a draw 7 with a recycle in play, I usually can draw through my entire deck without any problem.
Frantic search and crop rotation usually yield me insane amounts of mana, with all the artifact critters in play.
Cabal therapy is there to stunt the opponents development, and they are very good with their flashback when a recycle is out. Unless I see a large threat in my opponents hand after normally casting it, I dont flashback it untill recycle is out. With recycle out it also becomes a 2 for 1, for only B, which is quite nice too

First I played concordant crossroads / 16 critters / overrun as the kill, but that was too unstable vs control after a draw 7, so I replaced the win with tendrills, which is much safer.
