I'm new to t1 and i started to browse around for decks and meta, i saw that the deck with goblin welder, sundering titan and mindslaver was very dominant, as were other decks, but i was intersted in this one,  can anyone tell me how good is this deck and if this would be a good deck to invest as my first t1 deck? I know Fish is one of the cheapest decks and it does very well but i think welder is better. Any suggestions?

There are several decks that use Welders and Titan or Mindslaver. They are all pretty good They are:

7/10 Split
Meandeck Titan
Control Slaver
Workshop Slaver
Stax

Use the search function to find out more about these decks. Needless to say, the cheapest will probably be about $3000 to construct, so unless you've got the money, go for a different first deck. Budgetizing the decks really doesn't work.

Also, FYI, threads about "Is X Deck Good?" are generally frowned upon. We really don't like to have to do everyone's work for them, so if you have a question, use the search function, give your problem a good hard thinking, and then if it's still an issue, go ahead and ask it here.

Good luck!

In addition to what Hi-Val said, I'd like to point out that on TMD, it's also heavily frowned upon to type poorly.  Also, this type of thread shouldn't exist, but if it must, it should be in the newbie forum.  Moved.
