502.15i When a permanent phases out, any local enchantments or Equipment attached to that permanent phase out at the same time. This alternate way of phasing out is known as phasing out “indirectly. An enchantment or Equipment that phased out indirectly won’t phase in by itself, but instead phases in along with the card it’s attached to.

Can you use Spatial Binding to stop an equipment from phasing out indirectly when its on a creature that is being phased out? What happens when the creature phases back in?
Also, how does using something like Reality Ripple directly on a Grafted Wargear that is equipped to a creature work?

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?

The equipment will fall off, since it cannot phase out.

It will remain unattached until you equip it again.

If you force an attached Grafted Wargear to phase out, it  becomes unattached and will trigger.  Equipment that phases back in would normally remember what it was attached to an be attached to it.  However, if the creature Wargear equipped was sacrificed, then the wargear returns unattached to anything.
