I'm not too sure about poison counters, but here's something that might work:

Name
4GG
Sorcery
Redistribute any number of posion counter totals. (Each player gets one total back.)

I don't know whether this is too narrow, or too powerful - I think it depends on how much poison is floating around. It works differently because you can run yourself up to 9 counters before exchanging them with an opponent who doesn't play poison. And then give them a counter and kill them.

Thoughts?

Honestly, this is a bit too expensive. Reverse the sands does it to life, and it's still utterly unplayable.

If you make it 4 (2GG), I think it would work well.

We don't want to make poisoning your opponent too good, but we also don't want to make poisoning yourself too good, because there are very, very few ways to get rid of poison counters, and your average deck won't run any.

The ability to rearrange poison counters probably could be at least partly white.  GW2  or WW2 would be appropriate (maybe a total cc of 5 to be on the safe side).  The white aspect would make it tougher to combo with self-poisoning stuff which is going to be black.

I don't agree with making it White; White has nothing to do with poison counters except to heal and remove them, not redistribute them.

I agree on the lower CMC, although keeping it in green would probably mean a CMC of 5. I don't want this to be too good - like Reverse the Sands, it's more of a casual card.
