Moved to basic community.

The name of the software is "DCI reporter" You should be able to find it on their site.

It is the most finnicky piece of shit you will ever use. Someone with knowlege of Visual Basic should totally make a better system.

I could probably work on that.  Like.. make the DCI reporter without the ratings reporting?  Well..  I could probably make it compile ratings and just send them to TMD's database.(Zherbus?)  Then we could have a -real- vintage rating.

I'll work on it a bit.

Linky to the page where you can download it, just in case you're lazy like Jacob or Kowal.

I was trying to download it from that link, and I ran into a password block on wizards.com.  Here's what I got back from my e-mail.....

I am sorry, but at this time WotC does not offer the program to Non
Tournament Organizer's, which is why a password is needed to access that
area of the website.

Any idea where one can get this without being an official DCI-TO?

I got it here before:

http://www.midgaardgames.com/magic/english/undersider/magic_dci.htm

It should still work, but I'm not sure if its the most current version of the program. It still works fine for my local tournament.
