What happens when my opponent forks a Time Spiral? I just played a game recently on MWS and this situation happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Fork resolves, putting a copy of Time Spiral on the stack (except it has fork's color).  That Time Spiral will resolve first.  You'll remove the copy from the game (not really too relevant, since it isn't really a card.  That copy will cease to exist when state-based effects are checked).  Everybody shuffles their graveyard hand and library together and draws seven.  Then the controller of that copy untaps up to six lands.

Then the original Time Spiral resolves and you carry out the instructions again.
