Without further adu, here are my decklists for "BUG Oath" (BlackBlueGreen Oath):

The aim of BUG Oath:
The aim of BUG Oath is the same as most other Oath decks... it uses Oath of Druids to put a big creature into play. It disrupts other decks with cards like FoW, Duress, Mana Drain, etc.; these cards are also (obviously) used to protect your own cards.

Advantages of running black:
Duress (Disruption)
Vampiric Tutor (Find what you need)
Demonic Tutor (Find what you need)
Mind Twist (Nice after a Drain)
Yawgmoth's Will (...)
Pernicious Deed (A fine board clearer)
Skeletal Scrying (Nice draw synergy with Oath)

Card Choices:
I will only detail on cards that might be questionalbe...

Vendetta- Because pesky welders can get in my way. This can be tutored for by any of this deck's tutors.
Also useful against Fish, Juggernauts, etc.

Diabolic Edict (SB)- Useful in the mirror, and against MeanOath (which I have a feeling I'll be seeing a lot)

I have not tested enough to make many conclusions... this is just a deck idea.

Constructive criticism, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.

Alright, what does black give you?

Gaveyard recursion and duress. The problem here is your strategy. You use 12 drawing cards, and 6 which have no synergy with the deck. Try to focus on what the goal is. If you run no blessings, then by all means run accumulated knowledge or deep analysis, but with blessings you are going to grab the creature and set deck back to order. This leaves you with the worst yawgmoth's will in history, and no use for deep analysis or accumulated knowledge (since there is nothing in your graveyard). Crypt is also another bad card choice as it hurts the deck's game, which is to control the board, not to see how fast you can lose the game because you are flipping a coin, while the other player sets up a viable strategy. Overall you need to decide what form you want the deck to take. If you want straight control drop the graveyard drawing, if you want to take risks than run more fast mana and a combo you can recur out of the gaveyard for the win.

Is it worth to murder your manabase to support the duress/Y win/D tutor/scrying? Removing those 6 to include 4 mana drains & 2 intuition will stabilize your mana base, as you can now play a lot of basic islands. Quite nice as you won't get wrecked as big by armageddon-man, or wastelands. Also, with dual blessing, Y will won't be that awesome.

Dual colossus as a critter base is nice, but how about 1 DSC, 1 morphling? People are packing massive hate vs the tr4mpl3m4n, but it still is nice you can tinker/oath him out if you got the cards to protect him.

Crop rotation isn't needed, use it for something else you want to fit in.

Play library, you are a control deck that happens to have a quick kill.

Play 5 moxen, no crypt nor the chrome mox (you adresses the chrome already btw).

Try engineered explosives if you wanna cut black, try pernicious deed if you wanna keep it.

Have AK in hand. Activate oath. Put 1-2-3 AK in yard while searching for colossus. Meet blessing along the way. Put colossus and blessing trigger in play and on the stack. Respond to blessing by casting AK. Own.

PS: This is one of the reasons I only use one blessing.

Chances are you are not going to get all 3 AK in the graveyard, and have one in hand on the first oath activation. Both Colossus are in the deck still, thus leaving the chances of catching all three pretty slim.

You run 1 blessing? I hope you draw it often. Seriously, 2 allows you to keep the deck going no matter what (unless they counter the blessing putting the other back in). Morphling is a nice idea, because you actually have a chance at casting it if you need to.

BUG landstill is ok, but if you are going to run it you might as well just run GAT, which will have many more falling againsed you.

You could RUN gro-atog, and have oath in the side for aggro matches.

I played a BUG Oath deck recently to stave the aggro masses (my silly meta is all aggro that is often prepared for combo... so I usually stick to hyper-aggro and aggro-control).  I don't imagine this would do very well at all in a normal meta.

It wanders pretty far from what you're testing, but perhaps this can give you some ideas (it being more of a pre-sideboarded BUG Landstill than simply Oath):

Ducksoup:

I suggest adjusting your sideboard to handle wastes and artifact prison decks more.  This is one of your biggest problem matchups.  Moving Akroma and Spirit to the MD is probably best.

Berserk is just unnecessary. Remember, you are a control deck and your creatures don't attack like a tog does.

FIX THAT MANABASE!!

This is exactly what your first concern should be. Your manabase is really bad. Having no basics in this metagame for an non-combo, non-workshop deck is like conceding before the game starts.

umm, maybe something like this:

4 polluted delta
4 orchard
2 tropical island
3 underground sea
1 loa
3 island
7 solomoxen

-1 vendetta
-1 tinker

a 25th source as a strip mine, fetch, island, or dual wouldn't be bad.

Assuming you smooth out your manabase issues, how are you going to beat opposing control decks??  You have cut most of the draw (you only have Ancestral, 4 brainstorm, and 1 Scrying) for tutors and 2 Duress.  

Leaving Ancestral and 4xBrainstorm out (since all control decks have those), Meandeck Oath has Intuition/AK, which is > 1 Scrying and 4cc has 3 Scrying + Fact or Fiction, which again is > 1 Scrying.  You do have Wish for Scrying too....but in general you're going to be outdrawn by other control decks.

Ok,
I think that I improved the mana base.
Is UG Oath with Intuition/AK engine strictly better than this?
Is there any way to fit the Intuition/AK engine into this deck? If so, what should I take out?
Are the advantages of running black completely overshadowed by the Intuition/AK engine?
Am I better off playing a different build of Oath?
