Wizards of the Coast has made available a new card search engine on their site. This engine is known as Gatherer. It has been available for a while, but now it includes card specific rulings thanks to Rulings Summary NetRep Sheldon Menery. This will replace the defunct CrystalKeep.
This resource can be found at
http://gatherer.wizards.com/. After searching for a card, click on its link to pull up rulings information.
I'm going to be searching through it this weekend to check for possible gaps in information. If you find any problems yourself, let me know and I will bring it to the attention to the powers that be.
I will also be using this to create a new jumpstation once I have some free time.
