Problem is, I'm in VA atm, where the magic scene is even worse than Georgia (course I lived in a bad part of GA for Magic).  What time do they open?  I want to call and ask about future events!

I have no clue. I imported the info from the tournament forum so I could post this.

I'm going to the tourny. The TO gives out all tourny fees in store credit, and takes very little if any profit. Last time there was 12 players, but usually there is about 8. They have a tourny about once a month.

Their website is http://playeroneonline.com/

Followup:

There were 19 players.  The approximate breakdown was

5 Oath
2-3 Death Long
1-2 Madness/Bazaar Madness
1 TPS
1 Workshop deck
1 Fish
1 Reanimator
1 Sligh
1 4CC

Some regulars were missing (maybe at SCG3?), so there was a low Workshop count.

In the top 4, Oath lost to Death Long and TPS lost to Fish.
The top 2 split and did not play.

Fish managed to dodge Oath all day long, while the Death Long player defeated at least 3 different Oath players.

That's a pretty good pool of decks for 19 players.
