Not a good idea to throw-in random Oaths in combo...

Nice article from WotC. Good to hear they're genuinely interested in us. Do we know if a member of R&D will go to Chicago this weekend?

I voted for Legacy too. Seems the guys at The Source like that one as well.

...
some of these names are ridiculous.

just keep it type 1 for god's sake.

throwback?! are you kidding me?

comprehensive? is this a school course?!

finally...enduring...as in "wow, we're suprised it's still here..."

really great.

I would stick with vintage.

 Vintage is for Type 1, the poll is for Type 1.5 name!

I voted for Legacy.

I voted Throwback.  It amused me too much not to. Razz

A good article over all.  He put our format in a very good light, which is something I appreciate.  For someone new to Type 1, he was also quite astute at discerning how games work.  The bit about how all we're trying to do is our deck's broken thing is right on the mark, except when we're talking about Fish.

To any designated mod: please lock this. It is clearly not a discussion about the article, and discussion about the poll at the very end of said article can be found here. Thanks.
