Hi, I am a new user coming from California
I play now a budget keeper and I think that this deck can work without power.

  DECK LIST - Cheeper Keeper

  Counter effects:
  4 Force of will
  4 Mana drain

  Draw engine:
  2 Brainstorm
  4 Ak
  2 Fire/Ice
  1 Fact of Fiction

  Artifact/Enchantments:
  1 Grim monolith
  1 Power artifact
  1 Mana Vault
  1 Sol ring
  1 Future sight
  2 Isochron Scepter
  1 Zuran Orb
  1 Fastbond
  1 Future Sight

  Tutor:
  1 Vampiric Tutor
  1 Enlightened Tutor
  1 Demonic Tutor
  3 Cunning wish
  1 Burning wish

  Other:
  1 Yawgmoth's Will
  1 Mind twist
  1 Morphling
  1 Regrowth

  Lands:
  3 Polluted Delta
  3 Flooded strand
  4 Underground sea
  3 Volcanic island
  4 Tropical island
  4 Tundra
  2 Island
  1 Stripe Mine

  SIDE:

  1 Stroke of Genius
  1 Misdirection
  1 Hydroblast
  1 Pyroblast
  1 Fire/ Ice
  1 Swords to Plowshares
  1 Rack and Ruin
  1 Gush
  1 Kaervek's Torch
  1 Coffin Purge
  1 Ray of revelation
  1 Dismantling Blow
  1 Balance
  1 Decree of Justice
  1 Wheel of Fortune

  EXPLANATION OF DECK:

FOW: The second best counter in magic
Mana drain: The best counter in the game
Grim monolith + Power artifact: win
Future sight: burning thought cards really fast really makes this powerful
Zuran Orb :good with fast bond and will but don't know about this one
Mana Vault: Alternate win, only in upkeep though
Yawgmoth's will: Kinda a last resort, use with fastbond to get back all       mana last or fetch
stripe mine: just cause a friend suggjested it. Hey   saved me a few games
Isochron Scepter: Good for some lock down(fire/ice, or mana drain)
Side Board mostly win conditions using Grim or Vault + Wish. Also some stall/ disruption

The Deck plays speratically. IF u get a good hand then WHAM ur in it. IF not then ur
sitting there praying for a morphling to have a blocker or if u have no draw ur looking for
a stall or something to finish the combo, Ur up the creek with out a paddle.. The draw is good untill it runs out.
I find that the Counter is good when u want it and sucks when u get it and don't want it. Mostly
that happens with Future Sight. THe deck wins on about turn 3-5 avg. If u get good hand and get
  some luck.

IF u have any ideas on how to make this a better with out powering it. All the power to ya. I have
exausted all people around me and need more imput.

I'm afraid this deck simply isn't competitive enough, even with the power 9 and a set of drains. If you want to go the path of multi-color control do a search for 4cc (4 Color Control), the evolution of Keeper.

This post also lacks enough content for the Vintage Open Forum. As a final note, u != you. These are forums, not AIM so take the time to fully type of what you mean. It doesn't take that much time, and it's simply much nicer to read.

In order to make keepr viable, the first thing you need to do is secure a flux capacitor and a large quantity of plutonium.

Generally I move low quality threads to the newbie forum, but this one is lock worthy.
