Unfortunately, my keyboard suffered a mild spill on it last nifgjht. Even more unfortunately, my keys for fg and jh now produce two letters wjhen pressed. Anyone jhave any ideas on jhow to fix tjhis, or do I just need a new keyboard? It works fine otjherwise. Man tjhajt looks silly.

New keyboard. I mean, you could try popping the keys and seeing if there's only a minor mechanical issue, but it's not likely, and for ten bucks, a new keyboard is cheaper than a fun night in Little Saigon. Not that I would know anything about that...

Easy Solution: New Keyboard.
Alternate Solution: Heavy cleaning.
You CAN actually take the keyboard apart and clean it with water. Hell, I do believe keyboards are actually dishwashable, but you'll want to really get in there to clean this.
Remove everything, clean out the goo, let dry (this one is the REALLY important step by the way), toss her back together and try her out.

Or you can just buy a new keyboard Even though I assume an English Teacher doesn't get paid that much, I'm sure you can afford a new keyboard ^^

You can probably get a keyboard for $5.
BUT, if you MUST keep the one you have, then pop the keys off (carefully) with a bladed screwdriver and clean the posts with alcohol based cleaner and a q-tip or toothbrush.
Dave.
