Hey all,

Have you heard about Waterbury Bingo...it's all the rage...all the kids are playing it.

Here's how.

1.) You start with a five by five grid like so

http://uploads.savefile.com/redir/55769.bmp

Then you simply fill in names of 25 type one magic players expecting to play at the upcoming Mana Drain Open V in Waterbury like so.

http://uploads.savefile.com/redir/55770.bmp

Feel free to discuss your choices with others and strategies(center square tech for example) and of course, post your particular bingo board.

Just prior to Waterbury, I will ask a mod to lock this thread so all answers at that point will be finalized.

You can mark off on your "Waterbury Bingo" board every player who makes top 32 at the next Waterbury.  The person who makes the most bingos(four corners, row, column, diagonal) on their board will receive a special prize mailed to them shortly after the event.

In the event of a tie for the most bingos, the winner will be the person with the most overall correct guesses.  The last tiebreaker will be placement of those players(for example correctly guessing the winner will hold more weight then guessing the second place finisher and so on).

For reference, here is a list of players who attended the previous Waterbury.  If your name is not on this list, please indicate that you will be present for anyone that wants to use your name on there board.

Good Luck

So, is this kinda like that game where you buy a plot and if the cow takes a dump on your plot, you win?

In that case, I'll take Kowal.  Best odds of getting cow poo.

Actually no, you create a board like Kowal, Ashock and myself did then the spaces get marked off if those players are in top 32.

I know you really want to cheer for me, but I think putting me in your board twice is against the rules.  Razz

All nicknames are meant in good fun.  Don't take it too seriously.  But if you have a problem with it, PM me and I'll remove it. Smile

*: The first person who PMs me with the correct identification of this reference wins a prize.  I'm not sure what yet...
