In recent times, the file sharing clients I've used have not met my satisfaction. As such, I figured I'd post here, and see what you all use to download your music, movies, et cetera.  I know many of you get files off your school's network, but outside of that, I haven't been able to find anything worth while. I would figure between us, we probably have hundreds of gigs of media, so maybe even a private DC++ hub may be in order?

Anyway, post your thoughts.

Nothing has matched AG since it went down. We just lost suprnova.org as well. Bad times for the e1337.

I don't intend to be absolutely insulting (moderately insulting) but dear god. What does Bittorrent have to do with being 'elite'? I find it unfortunate that the meaning of the word has been so lost in popular use. The rampant piracy that has been occuring under the guise of 'sharing' should be counted as a victory for those who are for piracy. I still think it should be noted that this is very different from the activities those who actually are elite engage in. Do not forget that members of DoD have had prison time.

Ive been using Ares.

I got at least 3 emails from anti-piracy groups that told me that they are tracking my downloads and will press criminal charges against me.  I was worried until my friend says he's been getting those for months and nothing happens.   Empty Threats 4L
