Worth a look. Nets you a card and remove an opponents card from the game.

"Kanzashi of Transforming Splendor"  5
Artifact (rare)
2, T: Target opponent removes the top card of his or her library from the game. Until end of turn, you may play that card as though it were in your hand.

I think in the end it costs too much and does not net you a guarenteed good effect, making it unplayable.  I mean the only reasonable way to play this is with workshop.  so what if you reveal anything thats nto an artifact.  Just not amazing at all.

Type 4 is exactly like regular Magic except for two very big differences:

1) You have infinite mana, all the time. You can use it for spells, activated abilities, whatever.

2) You can only play one spell per turn. This keeps thing from getting crazy.

Furthermore, decks are typically Highlander (though to each his own), and everybody Rochester drafts from the same stack of roughly 250 cards (varies from person to person). Instant win cards such as Fireball are frowned upon, as are, to a lesser extent, potential autowins such as Kamahl, Fist of Krosa and Staff of Domination.

There are a lot of T4 Threads in the Casual Forum and the format has really taken off, at least here on TMD. Smennen also wrote an article outlining the basics on magicthegathering.com (he had to call it Limited Infinity.) I can safely say it's the funnest alternative format I've ever played.
