2 Alarms in play.
1 creature comes in, my tapped pinger dude untaps, pings, then untaps again, yes?
I know the answer, I just want to show the answer to a stubborn friend  :lol: .
I searched all over MtG's site, I can't find a specific ruling about it, though.

Both Alarms trigger, and you can respond to each trigger by tapping your guy.
