Fair / Legal Contract from Below

I'd like to see Contract from Below reprinted so it would be legal since all cards with Ante have been baned.

Wheel of Fortune costs 2{R}, is a sorcery, and has all players discard their hands and draw 7.  Wheel and Deal costs 3{U} is an instant and has any number of opponents discard their hand and draw 7 new and you only draw 1.  I think that having this cost 3{B} and be a sorcery and only affecting you is fair enough.  Let me know what you think.

Ambition's Cost is currently in 8th edition, and for 3B and 3 life, you get 3 cards. Your proposed card is waaaay too cheap.

No. No chance. No way at all. The fact that Draw 7s affect your opponent is a BAD thing, and Wheel and Deal is an awful card. Diminishing Returns has seen play in Extended and Vintage combo builds, and it costs 4 mana with a big drawback and symmetry, while the WoTC felt Timetwister now has to cost 9 MANA to be fair (Temporal Cascade)! This is an enormously better effect than Cascade or Returns, and so I don't think the card above is printable at any sane mana cost.

I think without the Ante part and at this cost it has nothing to do with Contract from Below anymore. And I also think that, even at 4 mana, it is just another draw-7-effect and I guess we had enough versions of it already to know that all it does will be ending up in a combo deck and then on the rerstricted list (or suck so hard that nobody plays it).

No, no and no again. This is way overpowered. This card is blazingly fast. At 3B, it is way too easy to cast it via Dark Ritual and you can set up a big and awful Yawgmoth's Will or get back in business when you should have lost.

Besides the card Jacob mentioned, look at this:
Necro: BBB, 7 life, draw 7 at the end of turn.
Bargain: 4BB, 7 life, 7 cards right now

I kinow yours don'r compare to these, but to draw 7 cards, you have to invest more than 4 mana, only oner colored.

And I going to say it again: Draw 7 are either:
- Broken
- Plain bad

It's not enough that we get people trying to make fixed Ancestrals? I seriously thought this was a joke when I saw the title. Tell you what - when you find a way to make a fixed Ancestral, I'll reopen this.
