Look at the weird bannings you have because of the lack of Engineered Plague.  We play Creature Feature pretty regularly 'round these parts and the inclusion of Plague is not that distorting to the format.  It's easier to create a format where Plague is not broken rather than assume it is and have entire creature types banned.  For example...

-creature type 'artifact creature' as a tribe.  There's a large number of arti critters than just don't have a creature type.  This answers Plague in a big way.
-the 'loner' tribe.  Example; Erg Raiders is creature type 'Raider' and subsequently the ONLY one of its type (Mistform Ultimus notwithstanding).  By allowing the one-ofs as a collective tribe Engineered Plague eats dick.
-lords are legal but do not count towards your 1/3rd.  Unless you happen to be playing Lord.dec of course.  Crusade effects do answer Plague effectively.
-just about any creature deck worth its salt should answer/win in the face of plague anyway.  Seriously.  I've played the cursed Goblin tribe and I've won with two (2) Plagues in play because of 14 points of burn in hand; no reason why bad R/W Soldiers can't run the standard compliment as well.  Green and White of course have their Disenchants, and Blue bounces it or counters it (esp. damn fish).  Sure it sucks, but as it turns out a lot of creature decks still don't like tapping out for a notcreature card.

I don't think there are any strange bannings really, and this is just in its infancy stage so it's by far not correct yet. Thanks for the advice though, I'll think about it.

The first game was over quite fast with Rotlung Reanimator, Edgewalker and 2 Beloved Chaplains. The second however was quite tight with him casting lots of birds and me at 4 life at some point. I had Cabal Archon however, and combined with Mother of Runes and lots of clerics: I just managed to get him under 0 life.

I'm really looking forward to the next match.
