I've had ideas to build a deck around Solitary for a long time, then finally just sat down and thumbed through cards till I came up with a way to get around the drawback of Solitary.  I named this deck Claustrophobia.

White

4X Renewed Faith
3X Swords to Plowshares
2X Solitary Confinement
2X Spirit Carin
2X Holy Day
1X Honden of Cleansing Fire

Green

4X Yavimaya Enchantress
2X Ancestral Mask
2X Brawn
2X Naturalize
2X Verderun Enchantress
2X Enchantress's Presence
2X Steely Resolve
1X Downdraft
1X Honden of Life's Web
1X Symbiotic Deployment
1X Words of Wilding

Gold

2X Sterling Grove
2X Dueling Grounds
1X Mirari's Wake

Artifact

1X Skull of Orm
1X Reito Lantern
1X Sol Ring
1X Feldon's Cane
1X Mox Emerald
1X Mox Pearl

Land

8X Forest
8X Plains
4X Savannah

Ok, here's how this deck works.

Lockdown: Sterling Grove protects the Solitary Confinement, I have to discard to the Solitary so thats where Spirit Carin comes in.  I use those tokens with Symbiotic Deployment to draw cards.

Or, I use Verderun Enchantress or Enchantress's Presence and draw cards that way.

Skull of Orm, Reito Lantern, and Feldon's Cane prevent me from decking myself as well as the Words of Wilding, instead of drawing I just make Bear tokens.

What Saves My Butt: Dueling Grounds.  This only allows my opponent to only use one creature when attacking or blocking, so when my Yavimaya Enchantress is huge and has trample, they die.  Sterling Grove and Steely Resolve protect my enchantments and my Enchantress.  I usually wait to drop Steely Resolve after I slap an Ancestral Mask on the Enchantress.  Brawn ends up getting discarded to Solitary and gives my critters trample.  I thought of using Primal Rage, but I found Brawn first.

Why Renewed Faith?  1) I can cycle it, and make spirit tokens with the Carin.  2) It draws me a card if I have out Solitary or Symbiotic.

Everything in this deck serves a purpose.  I use naturalize for Artifact removal only.  I should turn them into Oxidize but I don't have any.  Swords removes any annoying indistructible creatures my opponent might have.  Downdraft grounds flyers and sacs to do 2 to each flyer.  Holy Day is in there just incase I don't have any enchantment protection early game.

This deck has already been banned at two of my friends houses.  It's a bit slow, but once it gets Solitary on the board my opponents usually scoop even if I don't have the full lock.

Tell me what you guys think.  Comments, Questions, Concerns, Conundrums.  Thanks.

Without going into changing the core of the deck (because you didn't give any local metagame information), I'll just try to provide some 'better' cards to replace others with the same idea.

-2 Holy Day +2 Ethereal Haze: Haze made Holy Day obsolete.  This helps against Masticore, Kumano, etc., but you might not need these in the deck at all.
-2 Brawn +2 Armadillo Cloak: You only need one creature to have trample, really, so you don't need a global effect like Brawn or Primal Rage.  Cloak combos with Enchantresses' draw as well.
-2 Naturalize +2 Seal of Cleansing: Again, Enchantresses should be better exploited.
-2 Verduran Enchantress +2 Argothian Enchantress: While we're at it, let's use a better Enchantress, too.  You've got enough targets for Mask that the untargettability shouldn't be an issue.  I think you should cut two Yavimaya Enchantresses for two more, as well.
-1 Downdraft: I don't have a clue why this is in the deck.  If flyers are really a huge issue, play Hurricane instead.
-1 Symbiotic Deployment +1 Pursuit of Knowledge: Ugh, Symbiotic Deployment is -horrible-.  Pursuit also saves you from decking if necessary, and isn't crap on its own, and you don't die from Wrath of God randomly.
-1 Plains +1 Serra's Sanctum: Gets stupid late game.
-1 Forest +1 Gaea's Cradle: Gets stupid late game.

Other stuff you might consider adding to the deck are Replenish, Land Tax, and Sacred Mesa.

Tristal, the local metagame isn't really a factor.  No one that I play with sits down and discusses, "Ok, how can we stop Kevin's Solitary deck."  This is a casual deck and if a player has answers to my threats, they're lucky and I'm sol.
Sure, when you break the deck down and see how it functions you can plan out a way to stop it.  This doesn't mean it's going to stop it every time.  Tranquility is this decks biggest threat, along with minimal creature removal.
No one around here at least, has yet to build a deck that will really stop me from getting a lock.  Sure, a few of the friends that I play with have annoying decks, but I don't build decks just to spite them.  I build my own annoying decks that they have to deal with them.

Anyways, moving on to the card suggestions you made.

Ethereal Haze - I will definately run that over Holy Day

Armadillo Cloak - It's a good option, however if my Enchantress gets Swords beforehand, or if I have Steely Resolve out naming Druid, it can't be targeted.  Brawn is better to thow in the yard so I can attack with any of my Yav Enchantresses which would be huge and have Trample.

Seal of Cleansing - I'll definately run that over Naturalize

Argothian Enchantress - I'll have to get my hands on at least 2 and put them in over Verdurans.

Hurricane - not a fan of that, Downdraft adds to my Enchantress, even if my opponent doesn't have flyers.  If they do, I can ground them and block with my Enchantress.

Pursuit of Knowledge - A possibility.  WOG won't kill me if I have at least 1 Spirit Carin on the board or a Honden of Life's Web.  I can make more than 1 spirit token with the Carin when I have to discard to the Solitary.  Then I could just use Reito Lantern or Feldon's Cane to get back anything important that I lost.  I'll keep Deployment for now.

Cradle and Sanctum - definate possibilities.  Although that's a lot of mana and with Wake, it makes that extra floating mana hard to spend.  I don't have many places to use it unless I have out Skull of Orm or Reito Lantern to filter it into.

Thanks for the suggestions.

You do understand you only get one spirit per card, right?  You can't pay W multiple times to get many spirits.

Well, I've decided to take out Symbiotic Deployment and put in Persuit of Knowledge.  After taking into consideration that I could possibly lock myself out of my own deck if I'm stuck with it in hand.  Besides that Persuit will draw me a whole lot of cards at once.  If I have an Verderun or Enchantres' Presence I can skip that draw and put a study counter on the Persuit.  I could always get it back too with Skull of Orm.  Sterling Grove with Skull of Orm and Mirarri's Wake is nasty.  I've been using the Groves to get the Enchantments I really need for lock down, then using the Skull to get them back and still have enough mana to play them again and possibly the Enchantment that I searched for.
Thanks for talking some sense into me Tristal.

So here's my Current Deck List

White

4X Renewed Faith
4X Seal of Cleansing
3X Swords to Plowshares
2X Solitary Confinement
2X Spirit Carin
1X Persuit of Knowledge
1X Honden of Cleansing Fire

Green

4X Yavimaya Enchantress
2X Verderun Enchantress (I'd love to get my hands on 2 Argothians instead)
2X Ancestral Mask
2X Steely Resolve
2X Enchantres's Presence
2X Brawn
1X Honden of Life's Web
1X Downdraft

Gold / Multi

2X Dueling Grounds
2X Sterling Grove
1X Mirarri's Wake

Artifact

2X Skull of Orm
1X Sol Ring
1X Reito Lantern
1X Feldon's Cane
1X Mox Pearl
1X Mox Emerald

Land

8X Forest
8X Plains
4X Savannah

I'd still like to put in 2 Argothian Enchantres's and perhaps a couple Windswept Heath's.  The Spirit Carin and Honden of Life's Web aren't as helpful anymore, however, they make pud blockers and when they come into play they draw me cards.  But I'm sure I could find something better to replace them with.  For now they'll stay in the deck till I get my 4th Swords.
