I'm gonna be there, it's another one of those really nearby stores I've yet to visit.

Trinisphere's restriction is effective on the 20th (the day of the tourney) so if any of you are sick of losing to lucksacks playing trinishop.dec, this will be your first chance to play in the new era

<3 events in NH.

Drive to NH from Maine < Drive to anywhere else from Maine (except maybe Canada :p)

It's a very good possibility that I can come, and hopefully bring down one or two others.

See you all there

That happens to be the start of my spring break so if i have a deck together i may just come down with Carter. Hopefully this lives up to the high standard set by the Myriad tournaments.

just talked to the store owners yesterday, this is going to be killer, they have been getting tons of phone calls about the tournament  from their website, be prepared for lots of fun scrubs to wade through on the way to the top.

I'm now certain that I will be there, as well as at least two other people from the *other* great white north (Maine).

I am too far behind on moving to be able to spend the day playing magic, so Tyler has to win for me.

Quick and Dirty, then I'm going to bed!

Zherbus didn't show, something about him having to move. I think he was just scared of our inevitable round one pairing.

I took the swiss with 12 points in 5 rounds, (knocking tylor out of contention round 5, hehe) then came in second for the top 8. Lost to stax (aka even though I have only one trini, I'm still going to play it first turn a billion times) played by a nice local guy known only as "seth". Overall, had a really great time. Store was great, price was right, prizes were amazing compared to payout.

Pizes went something like
first: Workshop
second: playset of badlands
third: playset of scrublands
fourth: playest of plateu

After this event, It has been decided that I love CA. We are getting married, and having children, and are going to live happily ever after. That bitch of a whore I call Control Slaver is dead to me; DEAD you hear.

I played the last known eastman list off the vintage forum with a few small changes.

- 4 force of will
+ 4 duress
- 1 TFK
+ 1 Bosh (stupid, but I was expecting aggro *shrug*)
- 2 painlands from iceage
+ underground sea and volcanic island (I never had a problem with titan with only 2 lands that died in my entire deck). Not to mention almost EVERYONE else tends to run either volcs or undergrounds or islands of some sort. Combined with the fact that I avg. about 10+ dmg per game to myself, just with the cities and what not, I'll take the chance.

Duress was amazing, and well loved over force. Of course the only time I wished I had forces was in the last round, but meh, who gets a first turn trini, backed by a second turn tinker --> karn AND smokestack?? sigh.

Top 8 in no particular order was as far as I know

CA-me
Shay Slaver-nate
Stax-ish
2 land belcher-some chick
control slaver-not a clue
3 color control-guy with tylor
and two others that I didn't catch

Team Maine takes spots 2-3
huzzah

I'm sure others can add some more information

peace
