What do they do if they draw their creatures?  Thier Oath cant get them now.

Also, most Oath decks (and all decks in T1) have a lot of draw and it's quite possible to simply discard down to 7.

Plus, how many times to you really need to swing with Akroma with Spirit in hand? (and vice versa). The deck is really retarded.
