Hello everyone. The most prominent deck I use in casual 1-v-1 games is my Keeper deck. Recently, I've been reading a lot of articles on 4/3CC, and I was thinking of joining the craze and converting my deck. First here is my old decklist (I'm not going to autocard this one):

 // Blue
 4 Mana Drain
 4 Force of Will
 2 Morphling
 2 Impulse
 2 Brainstorm
 1 Rootwater Thief
 1 Ancestral Recall
 1 Time Walk
 1 Stroke of Genius
 1 Fact or Fiction
 // White
 1 Balance
 1 Dismantling Blow
 1 Swords to Plowshares
 // Black
 1 Vampiric Tutor
 1 Demonic Tutor
 1 Diabolic Edict
 1 The Abyss
 1 Mind Twist
 1 Yawgmoth's Will
 // Red
 2 Fire // Ice
 // Green
 1 Regrowth
 1 Sylvan Library
 // Artifact
 1 Isochron Scepter
 1 Zuran Orb
 // Mana
 1 Black Lotus
 1 Mox Emerald
 1 Mox Jet
 1 Mox Pearl
 1 Mox Ruby
 1 Mox Sapphire
 1 Sol Ring
 1 Strip Mine
 1 Undiscovered Paradise
 1 Library of Alexandria
 1 Flooded Strand
 2 Polluted Delta
 2 Volcanic Island
 2 Tropical Island
 3 Tundra
 3 Underground Sea
 3 Wasteland

 And, here is the new build I was considering:

 // Blue
 4 Mana Drain
 4 Force of Will
 1 Misdirection
 2 Brainstorm
 2 Impulse
 1 Stroke of Genius
 1 Cunning Wish
 1 Time Walk
 1 Fact or Fiction
 1 Ancestral Recall
 // Black
 4 Duress
 1 Vampiric Tutor
 1 Demonic Tutor
 1 Diabolic Edict
 1 Yawgmoth's Will
 1 Mind Twist
 // White
 2 Exalted Angel
 1 Decree of Justice
 1 Dismantling Blow
 1 Balance
 1 Swords to Plowshares
 // Green
 1 Regrowth
 1 Sylvan Library
 // Red
 1 Fire/Ice
 // Artifacts
 1 Vedalken Shackles
 1 Isochron Scepter
 // Mana
 1 Sol Ring
 1 Mox Sapphire
 1 Mox Ruby
 1 Mox Pearl
 1 Mox Jet
 1 Mox Emerald
 1 Black Lotus
 1 Library of Alexandria
 1 Undiscovered Paradise
 1 Flooded Strand
 2 Polluted Delta
 1 Strip Mine
 3 Wasteland
 4 Tundra
 3 Volcanic Island
 3 Underground Sea
 1 Tropical Island

 Here is the sideboard for both:
 1 Skeletal Scrying - Drawign cards rules.
 1 Starstorm - Just in case.
 1 Fire/Ice - Very versatile.
 1 Blue Elemental Blast - Against Red; kills Bloodmoon.
 2 Red Elemental Blast - Against Blue; kills Back to Basics.
 2 Pyroblast - Against Blue; kills Back to Basics.
 1 Captain's Maneuver - Just for fun.
 1 Disenchant - I can imprint it on Isochron.
 1 Cursed Totem - Murders certain decks. Rebels.
 1 Spinal Embrace - Against Tooth and Nail/Darksteel Collosus.
 1 Tranquil Grove - Against enchantment based decks.
 1 Withered Wretch - Against Reanimator/Goblin Welder
 1 Shattering Pulse - Against artifact based decks.

 The main problem with the second deck is that it is 65 cards. I'd like to cut it down to 60, but at least 61. So, basically, what should I cut? I wouldn't be opposed to cutting Green, but Regrowth and Library are pretty good.

 Here are some of the choices explained:
 Stroke of Genius - Good late game finisher. Can also net me a few cards in a pinch
 Duress - Simply awesome. I'd like these to stay in.
 Exalted Angel - Is she really worth the switch? Morphling's untargetability has helped me a few times. But, her lifegain would also help. Plus, she comes down earlier.
 Decree of Justice - A lot of people in my area play with decks with Mana Flare. This rules with a flare out.
 Vedalken Shackles - In a tournament atmosphere, this would be Old Man of the Sea. But, in my meta game, this is awesome.

 So, what do you all think? What should I cut? Is it even worth making the change?

My ideas are as follows

-2 Brainstorm: I don't understand why anyone likes this card. Sure, its good with fetchlands, but if you want this effect, use multiple Libraries. Replace with impulse, or use the spot to cut down the deck size.

+X Edict: 1 edict seems to me hardly useful, probably better either bump it up to two, or add one to the sideboard, for cunning wish.

+1 Cunning wish: In my opinion, if your running this at all, you should run at least two, so you can count on it.

Thats it for now, I'll post more if I get better ideas
