This is my first post here, hope you like it (and it's never been done before!). It's an idea of card I just had while reading some rules questions...

Nice. I, personally, am having a hard time gauging the power level of the card. However, I am sure you will receive a lot of feedback on this one. My gut tells me it's undercosted. It may end up needing to be a sorcery. I guess it's comparable to Meditate, so perhaps a 2U instant is do-able. Your drawback is arguably more harsh to combo than Meditate's drawback. The wording is just about right (obviously drawn from Brainstorm), I suggest:

Draw four cards, then put four cards from your hand on the bottom of your library.

(I don't see how the "in any order" really makes a difference. See Impulse.)

This is much better than impulse and yet it costs the same...

too strong as it is now.

I'm not sure how to gauge this against Impulse. Both dig four cards deep. This can result in a massive increase in card quality, while Impulse replaces itself. I suppose that you're probably right, Mr Zuccnini-head that the card-quality increase is more potent than the self-replacement, but I'm not sure it's excessively better. I wouldn't object to see this at {2}{U}, but I don't think it would be wrong to leave it where it is. I don't, however, want to see it at {U}{U}. I like card filtering effects to be accessible.

Again, I don't think a 2U instant is unreasonable. This card is also quite comparable to Goblin Lore and Control of the Court.

This draws 3 or more cards, so it needs to be a Sorcery, by current R & D standards. For cost, 2U seems reasonable. Perhaps if it were draw 4, put 3 under library, so it's not card disadvantage?

Draw 4 put 3 on bottom.

I was focusing on the card, but the name does suck.
