Well, I'm assuming this is supposed to be a combat trick-type card.  It seems kinda plain, but the set needs more plain cards so this is fine.

Out of curiosity, why can it only target a creature you control? I think it would be more interesting if it could target any creature. I don't really think anybody needs to worry about this spell getting misdirected.
