The title of the post says it all.  Thoughts?

Well, the only segment I read which relates to Vintage sounds more like an admonition to Vintage players to stop bitching.  Harsh.

I saw it more as "hey, we are actually working on these, the same way we work on new sets--you don't get to hear about it until it's done."

Possibly, but it sounds like he's actually saying both:

Oh that was hot. That was basically a statement that they will start banning when things get bad enough, and that's all I've wanted for the last year and a half. Now it's up to you guys to T8 with enough copies of them!

Sylvan: if you're talking about Yawgmoth's Will... they're not very keen on banning things. We'll be seeing a lot of restrictions before they start banning stuff and then they'll start to ban things, but as Maro said, that's a long way from happening.
