These are all very straightforward, providing a simple effect and a mana payment for the Cascade cost:
Giant DoubleGrowth
1G
Instant
Target creature gets +2/+2.
Cascade: 1G
I like how good this is at saving creatures from burn. Shock? Play this. Shock in response? Double up!
Blessed DoubleBreath
W
Instant
Target creature you control gets protection from the color of your choice.
Cascade: 1W
Awesome in the same way the green one is.
Healing DoubleSalve
1W
Instant
Prevent the next 3 damage that would be dealt to target creature or player.
Cascade: W
Lose DoubleHope
1B
Instant
Target creature gets -1/-1
Cascade: 1B
In-DoubleFest
3B
Sorcery
All creatures lose -2/-2
Cascade: 1B
Heat Doubleray
XR
Instant
~this~ deals X damage to target creature.
Cascade: RR
Oh man, an X-spell!
CanDoubleTrip
U
Sorcery
Draw a card
Cascade: 1U
I think that's better than an instant speed version, which would either be unplayable, or obsolete something.
That's enough for now. I'm pretty sure the only issues with these cards will be the mana costs and the flavor, and I'm pretty confident in those mana costs. So, flavor suggestions?

I think the white protection spell is a bit cheap, it's draft bomb, although alot of these would be as well protection just has sooo many uses.
EDIT: if you can only give protection to your own creatures that might fix it and these probably aren't quite as strong as i first thought

Well it's sort of like an X spell crossed with Storm? I'm not sure. I guess it's a spell that is variable, you can pump mana into it to get a bigger effect. OR we could flavor it like they're self-repeating spells, a sort of Von Neumann spell?

Possibly we can just stick these in the cascade list and add names later? Think of Counsel of the Soratami: you couldn't have named that card without having the block's flavor/storyline made up, yet it is an incredibly easy card to design.
