How many 2 card infinite combos are there?

The only one I can think of is Bringer of the White Dawn and Mindslaver.

Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest is there

Power Artifact + Grim Monolith is there

Black Lotus or Lion's Eye Diamond + Auriok Salvagers is there

Metalworker + Staff of Domination is there (you need at least 3 artifacts in hand though)

There are almost infinite more (no pun intended) but I can't think of more right now...
