RIW Hobbies will be hosting a 10 Proxy, Type One event on Sunday August 28th, with a Time Walk card to be given out as prize for first place. The entry fee for this event will be $15.00. Deck registration will begin at Noon, and the tournament will begin promply at 1 o'clock PM.
RIW Hobbies is located at 29116 Five Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48154 just East of Middlebelt Road. If you have any questions regarding directions or specifics of the tournament feel free to contact me via Pm or Email.
There will be a Judge on hand during the tournament as well as Wizards of the Coast licenced software for pairings and tie breakers.
I hope to see many of you Michigan and mid-western Vintage players come out for this event, and look forward to seeing you all.

The prize for the past 3 of these has been given out despite some attendance issues at the last one. I can likely make it to Ohio. We can stay at my place if we do come up as well. My house is 5 miles from the store. |

Yes, the prize is guaranteed for this event, and also, I have seen the Walk and it is really nice.
Doug, it would be great if you could make it up for this event, or, even get the word out to some of the guys down there that our event is happening. It should be a lot of fun, and I hope to see as many of you make it out as possible.
Jdizzle, sorry to hear that you can't make it, but Pam has informed me that RIW will be holding a power tournament every month through at least the rest of the year; and, that as long as we can get good attendence she would like to continue holding them. September is going to be a Mox Ruby.

Unfortunately, it seems that Meandeck will be without a representative at this tournament. Since Doug and the other Ohio Meandeckers are unable to make it, I can't justify the drive by myself. Hopefully, I'll be able to catch the next one.
