Demonic Choir Chant
1WWBB
Enchantment
Whenever a player draws a card, that player gains 1 life. If a players life total ever reaches 40 or above that player loses the game.
If a player is the target of a non-artifact spell or ability that would cause them to draw a card, they may choice to ignore it.

Yea, its a combo of a reverse Underworld Dreams and .... grrr the name of that white card escapes me, I'll look it up in a bit...... but anyways.... sounds fun and interesting, turns a healing solve into a Lightening Bolt ... .well sort of.... and it makes combat interesting, cause if your close to 40 you can just take the damage yea know ? This card could of been broken with Stroke and Brain Gy. but i prevented it with the 2nd ability

Where to start?

1. Ugly - ugly name, ugly casting cost, rules text uglier than a bulldog sucking a wasp. Uglier than anything I've ever woken up next to after drinking too many beers the night before.
2. This card screams 'rules problems'. Loudly. I'll leave it to the rules lawyers to explain but I know something in there is a problem.
3. Cards with two double coloured casting costs do not need to worry about the effects of card from a third colour for power level reasons. Especially ones with couble coloured casting costs in that colour.

So

With mana burn and other sources of damage, I don't see a huge problem with this as a win condition. It also looks pretty poor as a lifegain condition (kind of neat with Skeletal Scrying and other Black draw but hardly broken). I don't think we need to worry about Bargain or Ubw decks, do we?

Since when did anyone draw cards off Necro?

I have already pointed out the interaction with Yawgmoth's Bargain but since you should win anyway if you get Bargain into play it isn't a problem. It is like saying a card would be too strong if you cast YawgWin in the same turn or saying Angelina Jolie would look sexy wearing a tanga. The card and the tanga are not the point.

While I appreciate your enthusiam, we have a rule about having too many threads open at once. I'm going to close this until some of your other cards get finished. When they do, PM me and I'll reopen this for discussion.
