Oh this just sounded fun........ put a big fat damper on those combo decks. Plus i like the idea of giving the loser an edge of some sort. The pump ability may be a bit much. this guy needs a bit more tweeking, so lets work him out !

Just...no.  Losing players already get to choose play or draw and I dont like a card that carries effects from one game to the next.  Also it should at least specify something like "last game in this match" or there are horrible memory issues.
EDIT: I think the real problem is that this just seems like an unglued card.

Agreed.  While cards have been breaking rules lately, this one goes outside the game too much.  It's the first game of the day. 

"But you beat me last time we played, 3 weeks ago."
