I love Sleeper Agent. It is an awesome, fun card, and I have always wanted to make a deck around it. Problem is, no othe cards do anything even simlar to sleeper agent. So, here is my attempt to make a sleeper agent-esque card:

Double Agent
BU
Creature-Human Spy
Defender
When Double Agent comes into play, target opponent gains control of it.
You play with your hand revealed.
1/3

Double Agent
BU
Creature- Human Spy
When this comes into play, target opponent gains control of it.
When you draw a card, reveal it to all players. The opponent may pay 3 life. If they do, discard that card, and they may draw another card.
1/3

Sooooo... for BU, my opponent gets a 1/3 wall, and I get a limited Telepathy?  I'm not liking the power level on this.  The effect is just too blah.  I mean, it makes sense flavorwise, the spy is telling you what your opponent is planning.  It just has none of the risk or combo potential that Sleeper Agent has.  Maybe have it force a discard at the beginning of the upkeep and make it something that can attack.  But then the blue has no reason to be in the casting cost.  Maybe have it so that at the beginning of the upkeep, all opponents may draw a card.  You could keep blue that way, but it doesn't make nearly as much sense from a flavor standpoint.  As is, I just think it's too meh.

This is so much worse than Telepathy that's it's sickening. Also, where's the current wording post?

Yeah, it needs some powering up definitively. Maybe:

Double Agent
BU
Creature- Human Spy
Defender
When this comes into play, target opponent gains control of it.
When you draw a card, reveal it to all players. The opponent may pay 3 life. If they do, discard that card, and draw another card.
1/3

Do people like that one better?

This needs to do more than Telepathy. Some suggestions:-

Also reveals top card of opponent's library
Adds 1 to casting cost of Black and Blue spells (sabotage) by that opponent
Cannot block  Very Happy
Acts as a Hesitation for that player if they don't pay 1 mana more for each spell

As it is meant to be a double agent, it would make sense for this to be able to attack and (ideally) be unblockable as you are hardly likely to squish your own spy.

A one-way Zur's Weirding is actually an AWESOME choice. I like this a lot now.

Yeah I like this card a lot but flavor-wise I think it should have Fear or be unblockable or something.  Sleeper Agent is a 3/3 for B after all so it's smashing your face pretty hard from turn 1 on.  This card's just another creature that 'tog can trample over or fly over via Wonder, etc.

But your not going to block it, since you odn't want the creature to die. The opponents always going to send it on suicide missions, and you will most often let it through.

Anyway, I need a good name (if no one likes this one) and anywya objections before I clock this.

Double Agent is a fine name

But wait, what's this about sending it on suicide missions? It has defender, it can't attack.

Oops, I thought that I took that out. Is it good with defender, or should it be able to attack? I now think that it shoudl be able to.
