I doubt it'll see play.  I think the reason tog went dead was b/c it was having trouble controling the eairly game (I don't know for sure, I'm a t1 newb.)  But having that card in your deck is, IMO, a bad idea.  Why?

1) Card disadvantage.  It doesn't do anything for you.
2) It's a sorcery, makes it even worse...can't leave mana open
3) too situational, really only good before the final swing
5) Doesn't do anything
6) I don't care that i skiped #4
7) I don't care #1 + #5 repeats.

Maybe if it was an instant and can trap and costs less or something weird like that.

why would tog run that? it doesn't do anything to help you win... and once you drop tog you should win anyway. besides, it's clearly inferior to just running beresk main deck

+5/+5 to a tog. Blech. Gush was +6.5/+6.5 and FoF is +6/+6 and both of those are useful for other things.

I could see it in a UBG flashback/threshold style deck. Not in Vintage, but you know...

The first vintage deck I can think off that MIGHT use this card is dragon.
Off course it's a blast for casual players to combine this with Twincasts

I can see it being played in limited...maybe.  If somehow your pod opens 2+ and no one is rare drafting, you can pick them up and play them.  10 cards = 25% of the deck before the hand is drawn...however, it may not be enough.
