I am not sure how broken this is. It is a tribute to the allies' superweapon. The doctor at the beginning of Red Alert gets to go back in time, but he uses time in the present for his journey. It is a concept frequently revisited in science fiction.

It seems in flavor for red too, maybe make this R/U? It kinda has the "Give me what I want now, damn the consequences" feel of red, although the ability is blue. I would cost it at 2RU.

Given Final Fortune, I think this card could be either color, or both. But since multicolor cards are awesome, I will make it both.

Time Skip might be too strong though. I like the 1RU cost better. Should we revisit the issue?
