I came across this list on starcity for a pretty unique pychatog deck.  Ive been playtesting it for a while and it turned out to be pretty insane.  Heres the list:

1 Island
1 Swamp
4 Bazaar of Baghdad
1 Stripmine
4 Polluted Delta
2 Wasteland
3 Underground Sea
3 Volcanic Island

4 Squee, Goblin Nabob
2 Pyschatog

2 Duress
1 Death Spark
4 Force of Will
1 Mystical Tutor
3 Brainstorm
3 Zombie Infestation
1 Chain of Vapor
3 Intuition
4 Circular logic
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time walk
1 Black Lotus
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Mind Twist
5 Mox
1 Sol Ring
1 Firestrom
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Yawgmoths Will

Sideboard
3 Arcane Laboratory
2 Gorilla Shaman
2 Tormods Crypt
1 Shatterin Pulse
1 Pyroblast
2 Engineered Explosives
2 Energy Flux
1 Rack and Ruin
1 Blue Elemental Blast

As You can see, its pretty different from the regualr tog listing.
The link is here at http://sales.starcitygames.com/deckdatabase/displaydeck.php?DeckID=11401
Its draw engine is through bazzar using squee and an occaisonal deathspark instead of the fact or fiction/cunning wish/akumulated knowledge.  I havnt tested the matchups enough to thouroghly describe them however, most of my matchups so far have been slightly favorable.  The deck does have 61 cards and only running 3 brainstorms and other irregularities but the list seems pretty solid.  Also, the circular logic madness on bazaar of baghdad really buys you card advantage plus its only 1u which i think is huge.  Anyway, I definitley need some critiques and advice since i have only posted here a few times before.  Thanx

My first impression is that any control deck running only 3 Brainstorms fails. My second is that any control deck running only 2 basics is going to have some serious issues with STAX. Beyond that, why should anyone run this deck over Dragon?

Both decks run a similar amount of disruption, but dragon wins now, whereas this tries to protect Tog for a turn. Dragon's jank (Compulsion, Lim Dul's Vault, etc) are also drawing engines whereas this deck's jank (Zombie Infestation) is just...well jank. Death Spark seems kinda clever I guess but that's certainly not gonna be enough for me to pick this over any other deck I could throw together.

I do remember reading that someone else had tried a Bazaar Tog list somewhere, but I can't find a list for it right now. I guess if you really wanted to run with this idea I'd try and find out what other people have come up with and try incorporating that into the list.

I have played the list in the past and, yea it can get really insane stuff going, but it is really hard to play.  It's just like playing a Tog deck with lots of answers and wins quicker/more easily, its just that it is less consistant..
The build I played had 4 Brainstorms  and 3 Duress though, and that seemed to make it more consistant..

I've seen this list before and when I tested it I found that four brainstorms was, of course, a must. The real question I had often when testing this list, since I really like it, is if Duress is worth it.

You run two, which means you're saving it for a mid-late game draw to protect your finish, to me this seems like overkill since you can always pocket a Force of Will to protect you when going off. I think if you cut duress four Brainstorm would be easy to achieve and then you have a slot for another basic Island.

Any comments?

EDIT: I'm also wondering if two Wasteland is worth it.

In this deck, Wasteland is very similar to Time Walk.  You don't really need UU up that much, so that's less a concern.  It gives you a tempo advantage and more chances to set up you Bazaar engine/topdeck good cards.  I've always thought they were excellent.  Death Spark is very questionable.  I go back and forth on Firestorm.  It's a fun deck to mess around with.

The top 16 list from Gencon shows an improvement on this one.  Tinker -> Colossus is excellent.
