Instant As an additionnal cost, remove the top fifteen cards from your library from the game. Search your library for up to 2 cards and put them in your hand. Do what they always wanted to do, a long time ago...Powerfull and risky at the same time, I would enjoy playing that card. The cost is a bit low, but the drawback may be really dangerous. ( Remember, it's an additionnal cost also.. )

Coaster material. In type 1 maybe, but then the design space for tutors is pretty well gone there. I could see this seeing playing in Type 2 easily, and possibly Extended in some combo deck or another. Diabolic Tutor saw play, and for 1 extra mana you're getting an extra card. It's not great but it's certainly not unplayable. Mono black control ala Torment would have loved this card, it's like Diabolic Tutor and Mirrari activation rolled into one. The fact that this is an instant is also pretty cool. As cool as that name is, I'm not sure card name ripped directly from WoW are going to fly. References maybe, but not a copy paste job.

Removing the top 15 seems really steep.

I think it's an interesting idea, but I also think that fifteen cards is a little bit steep. Even a small step toward reducing that penalty would make this more playable I think. The fact that it's instant speed means that mana-cost increases aren't a bad way to "fix" this. I have a slightly complicated idea for fixing this, but it may suffice: Will of the Forsaken {3}{B}{B} Instant Remove the top Y cards of your library from the game, where Y is equal to 15 minus X. Search your library for any two cards. Put them into your hand. Then shuffle your library. *** I would probably play this in Battle of Wits (seriously!) Slightly larger-than-normal BoW deck, but this fine tutor digs up both Battle of Wits and Feldon's Cane (or whatever method you've selected for renewing your library) if you need it.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Removing the top 15 is irrelevant in many decks (see Arc-Slogger) and IMHO also irrelevant if you have a combo deck that gets 5 mana and still needs 2 combo pieces i.e. not Vintage-relevant and Type II combo should be running 4 offs anyway so losing a quarter of your deck is fairly unlikely to bother you.
Still if Wizards can get away with making a single Demonic Tutor cost 4 mana, I'm sure a 5cc Instant version is playable somewhere.
Interestingly, you remove the cards first so you could choose to find the YawgWill or find the Wish if your YawgWin got RFGed.
In summary, reasonably costed IMHO.

I like the original version, but please make a current wording post seperate from where you've started so we can make sure we're on the right page.
Eph: That's probably way too expensive an approach to take, and Wizards does seem to be fine with "Remove 15 minus X cards from the top of your library", but I think in this case the original is simpler, and no one is going to cast this for 6 mana or more. There's no real reason to pay the X.

I'd be happier if this removed 20 cards for 3BB.

I'm in the stubborn cranky old-timer camp that says that tutors should only been sorceries, so I think this should be a sorcery

Fine with me for the sorcerie. Instant would be better but in the context of the card, I admit being a sorcery fits more. Will of the Forsakens Sorcery As an additionnal cost, remove the top fifteen cards from your library from the game. Search your library for up to 2 cards and put them in your hand. Do what they always wanted to do, a long time ago...This card in a Death Wish/Jet Medaillon combo deck would fit perfectly! , I don't think this card has its place in a two colors deck. I really want the card to be axed into the mono decks. Keeping the flavor of the card.
