uw budget fish----need help

im a newbie at vintage and im deciding to play a uw fish but my budget is a bit tight. considering i live in the philippines where a set of power costs about the same as a used car i opted not to put it in my deck. i dont have a list yet as im still trying to build one from scratch so i really could use some help..thanks
