Suppose you first play a hunted horror.

http://sales.starcitygames.com/cardsearch.php?singlesearch=Hunted+Horror

Then you play a necroplasm.

http://sales.starcitygames.com/cardsearch.php?singlesearch=Necroplasm

At the end of the first turn your necroplasm is ingame it has no +1/+1 counter on it, so is it right to assume all token creatures, like the 2 3/3 prot black tokens the hunted horror has produced.

This question is as much about the token/no manacost as about the prot black of the tokens hunted horror gives your opponent.

Tokens have a converted mana cost of 0, so when Necroplasm has 0 +1/+1 counters on it at the end of your turn, it will kill all creature tokens in play.

You mean to ask if the pro black will protect it from Necroplasm's ability somehow? Necroplasm doesn't target the creatures to destroy, so pro black can do nothing to save them.
