Back again with another type 1 event in Jersey, with a new, easy to get to, high capacity venue.

The skinny:
Saturday January 14th
11:30am
Frist Campus Centre, Princeton University 08544
$10 entry + $1 per proxy.  Recognisable proxies preferred.

(There are maps all over the campus; you can park in numbered campus lots at the weekend, so it's easy enough to find once you get there.  There's also a railway station, and a bus stop from New York easily accessable.)

Campus map - choose Frist from the drop down list and it'll spotlight it:
http://www-old.princeton.edu/cgi/map
Parking Info:
http://www.princeton.edu/main/visiting/aroundcampus/parking/
(Lots 20 and 28A are pretty good for it).
The railway station (Princeton) is accessed by changing from a NE corridor train at Princeton Junction.  it's a small 1 carriage train and takes about 5 minutes.
The Suburban Transit buses from the Port Authority terminal in NYC come to Palmer Square, at the top edge of Campus.  Easy walk down.
All other info - PM (I'll try to be good), or call (609) 933 9666 (Me - Simon) or (732) 672 4074 (John - Ultima).

Getting there:
Mass Transit from NYC - pretty easy.  2 alternatives:
1) get the NJT "NE Corridor" line train from Penn Station towards Trenton, which goes to Princeton Junction.  Change there for the "Dinky" into Princeton proper.  It'll be waiting.
Schedule:
http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/rail/r0070.pdf

2) Get the Suburban Transit Line 100/Main Line bus from the Port Authority Bus Terminal, all the way to the end at Princeton.
Schedule (leaves at 10 and 10:30 Sundays; takes 55mins):
http://www.coachusa.com/suburban/ss.details.asp?action=Lookup&c1=New+York&s1=NY&c2=New+Brunswick&s2=NJ&resultId=1750&order=&dayFilter=Su&sitePageName=%2Fsuburban%2Fss%2Edetails%2Easp&cbid=693707443947

Not sure of other prizes to come, but the first tournament we had had 33 players @$15, and we gave out Pearl, Library and an Italian Drain to the top 3, so they'll probably be good.  Alpha duals, foil pimp stuff, that kind of thing.  And I won an English drain in Canada recently.

Come one and all.

**BONUS**  Get all 10 Proxies for one easy price by pre-registering.
Send me a Paypal registration for $15 and get up to 10 proxies included.  (If you don't want any proxies, or less than 5, paypal whatever it should be to pre-register)
Paypal address is swcooper@comcast.net

I should add that this coincides with Princeton Magic's weekly tournament, so there'll be sanctioned drafts and whatever anyone else wants to participate in.

We had a good mix from Philly and New York areas, and plenty of people drafting too.

Unusually, this actually got played out between The METHOD (again...  [Stax]) and John Blake (Ultima - Control Tendrils) who was "ultimately" (sorry) victorius, and they both opted for cash alternatives to cards.  In other action, Elias (EBA) beat Joe Davis out of 3rd place.

Well done and thanks for coming everyone.  I think we can do this again.

See y'all at Waterbury.
