Coalition gobernment over here. Basically the independant members of parliament have the power as the government nees to buy their votes! The Christian Democrats just walked out of the government because nobody else wanted to sign an agreement with the Vatican (presumably something about burning Protestants - I heard it was contrary to EU law anyway). Our government won't do anything all at until the elections in June.

Could you Dutchies send some money for a playground? The council put up some floodlights but they merely light up a flat patch of mud where people skate in winter. Some nice asphalt there would be good.

Coalition governments are great - they can't do anything of note, so people can actually get on with stuff, without having to worry about lots of interference.

On the other hand, one of life's great mysteries is people complaining that the government is doing too much/not enough, and often claiming both at the same time - much like the DCI Very Happy.
