though im not sure about this, i think that it may be. i posted a link to his feedback received from bidders and the first 4 are from a seller that bought all these items, though they are being listed again. its pretty crazy. i really hope that the person just returned the items and the seller has relisted them

this kind of feedback and re listing usually indicates that the price he wanted for the cards on the original auction were not met, so he had a friend bid the auction up to his reserve price.  since no one else outbid that friend they got sold to him, so he just left positive feedback to make it look correct.  the location of the orignal buyer is in texas, and the seller is in utah, perhaps they are internet friends or something.
