I think IF can be pretty insane in tog.  Some cool plays include IF for the fourth AK after and Intuition, discard hand except IF to tog, then cast IF to get berserk.  also using IF to get the second Force in hand is pretty awesome.  Also discarding your hand to tog then using IF to go get Yawgwill is friggin silly.

Loads of potential if you ask me and you won't even need something fragile like Tog.

Edit: I just found out that string only has a stormcount of 9... so you'll need to do something (anything) extra.
