Well I've been playing Vintage for a year now, I want say serious vintage. I play in Australia, and there is very little combo in the form of IT, GL...

Haven't seen a tog list around for a while so Heres my decklist,

1 Library of Alexandria
2 Flooded Strand
2 Island
3 Polluted Delta
1 Strip Mine
2 Tropical Island
3 Underground Sea
2 Volcanic Island
1 Black Lotus
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Sol Ring
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
4 Accumulated Knowledge
4 Brainstorm
1 Crucible of Worlds
3 Cunning Wish
2 Deep Analysis
1 Demonic Tutor
3 Duress
1 Fact or Fiction
4 Force of Will
3 Intuition
4 Mana Drain
1 Tinker
1 Yawgmoth's Will
1 Darksteel Colossus
2 Psychatog
1 Gush

Sideboard:
1 Berserk
1 Corpse Dance
1 Diabolic Edict
1 Firestorm
1 Naturalize
1 Rack and Ruin
1 Red Elemental Blast
1 Rushing River
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Darkblast
1 Artifact Mutation
1 Shattering Pulse
2 Pyroclasm
1 Flaming Gambit

# Crucible of Worlds - I love this card, I now its greedy to want to strip mine lock someone, but it happens. Crucible gives a number of other benefits with the 5 fetchlands it allows me never to miss a land drop and makes brainstorm so much better. Not to mention the protection from wasteland colour screw, and makes the deck very strong against smokestax as they have to ramp the counters up as I can keep playing my lands like them.

# Tinker/Colossus - Its not a blue Vintage deck without it. It has won me so many games its not funny, games I never would have won otherwise.

You lack Mox Pearl, Mana Crypt and Mana Vault. Still you want to play spells like Intuition/AK, Tinker, Cunning Wish and Yawgmoth's Will that all get better with lots of artifact mana floating around. This would also give you the tools to just overwhelm control. You really need the speed.

I'm not sure if you want 3 win conditions, so you might want to cut a Psychatog.

Try this lighter, less filling, and more modern design:

-2 Psychatog
-1 Crucible of Worlds
-3 Cunning Wish
-2 Deep Anal (SB)
-1 LOA

-Red
-Green

+1-2 Tendrils of Agony
+1 Yawgmoth's Bargain
+1 Rebuild
+1 Hurkyl's Recall
+1 Chain of Vapor
+1 Merchant Scroll
+1 Tolerian Academy

+Pearl,Crypt,Vault

Some have even included Desire and Frantic Search.  You can move Duress to the SB if neccessary

This is basically the evolution of Tog into T1T into Drain TPS.

Enjoy!

What he means by that is basically Tog is such an extremely vulnerable win condition right now, where as Tendrils is far more resilient. Lets look at this:

Psychatog:
-Summoning Sickness
-Blue means REBable
-Creature meaning he can be stopped by STP, Balance, Edict, bounce.
-He kills off an activated ability, meaning Pithing Needle will ruin your day.

Tendrils of Agony:
-Not a creature, so summoning Sickness and creature hate get left by the way-side
-Tendrils is Black, so it can't be REB'ed
-In fact, the only real answer to Storm is Stifle(mostly a sideboard card) and Arcane Laboratory/Rule of Law (definately a sideboard card.)

This means that turning your deck into a Tendrils kill will allow you to do it 1 turn faster and be more resilient to some common cards found in the format.

I actually had to explain to someone why Mana Drain was better than Counterspell. That was depressing...

Then they asked why Black Lotus was better than Gilded Lotus. I walked away.
