2. What happens if I use this first on Lhurgoyf, then on Magnivore? This is why we can't have nice things. >_<
3. If you change it to only copy activated abilities, you basically have remade Experiment Kraj.

perhaps, i should make it so you can use the ability only once each turn?
I gave it the untap ability so you can steal tapping activated abilities and improve on them.

It also means you can go infinite with anything that taps for more than 3 mana. Like Rofello's Emissary or Priestest of Titania.

It seems weird to suggest that he can do anything, but he needs a little help. If you want to let him unatp stuff, let him copy a creature like Horshoe Crab.

This thing could get very broken very fast with anything that has text like "~ gets +1/+1 for each [whatever]", and other stackable effects.

Effluvium is another word for vapor, but it can also mean aura. Anywho, I think that i want to ditch this ability, but keep the name because I think it is a cool name. This is the new Ignis! Ignis, Mystic Effluvium

If we gave this flying, would it need to go to 4UU (it would still be an incredible bomb for limited) or could it stay at 3UU? It seems like it should have flying.

But then it's hard to justify its legendary status, and you want to because at two mana it becomes even MORE ridiculous in multiples. |

Effluvium isn't a very blue word. It makes me think of sewer sludge and swamp gas, which seem much more black and/or green. I like the idea behind it, but the concept of a mystic effluvium makes me chuckle, which I don't think is the goal.
