Have these EBA/ U/W/B Aggro Control Decks considered the synergy between Hatching Plans and Negator?  We all know that HP + Perilous Research is a nice T2 plan.  But, with the success of this deck in Vintage I was wondering if perhaps running HP with a 3-4 Negator count would prove successful.  I have not had time to test this yet myself.  Just wondering if I'm ahead or behind the curve on this analysis.

I think this might be a consideration for a making a draw engine out of losing permanents from a Negator.  The downside of course is that HP is a dead card until it is able to be sacrificed.  So, perhaps the deck should consider running Perilous Research as well to make HP more functional.  Then of course the question becomes what's the plan when you have PR in hand and no HP in play?  The deck would then need something else that gains a benefit from being sacrificed to either a PR or a Negator (i.e. something with a strong effect like HP has when sacrificed).

The problem is, in these EBA decks Negator is only going to see damage about 20% of the time, or less. And sometimes it's to an 11/11 trample. Hatching Plans won't help there.

Im sure in time there will be more cards that can exploit hatching plans, but a the moment I can only think of two cards that even have a shot: Perilous research, and Abjure

Drinker of Sorrow would be better, not good, but better.

Some interesting "sac" card options.  However, I think we need to find another card like Hatching Plans that gives its controller a benefit when sacrificed.  Ideally the card would be black, blue, or an artifact.  So, something like Rector would not be ideal.  Gatherer is down at the moment so my search is limited to SCG.

There is this new blue carddrawer that says 1u draw two cards then sacrifice a permanent; meaning +5 (-2 CA) cards for 1uu

If you've got a Negator in play then you're probably already winning. Hatching Plans would be cool with Auratog/Enchantress and Rancor though.
