Round 1: He wins the roll
Game 1 he takes it with just a lot of early beaters and some pumps.  With Niz-Mizzet, Cloak and cack I can get him almost out
Game 2: He mulls to 5, I get a solid draw and he scoops it up
Game 3: He does down to 6.  I start to stabilize with a slow, mana-heavy draw but not in time, especially after punting by not realizing his man had trample.

I think after seeing an Agent of Masks 3rd pick, I might have taken the Shrieking Grotesque pack 4 and drafted Orzhov cards.  Then you would have ended up with a Grotesque, a Blind Hunter, a Shadow Lance, and a couple of Ghost Wardens, and you would have been in good shape to take Azorius or Rakdos, whichever was better, in pack 3 and make the most of that.

Passing Agrus Kos was a mistake.

Your main problem seems to be that you kept getting conflicting signals, which can be a real problem in this format.  I'm pretty sure you did something wrong at some point, but it's really hard for me to pick out exactly where it is.  It's possible that you let your entire draft be distorted by your first pick Cloak.
