Mail from Canada to the US

Hi I recently won an ebay auction and am waiting for a letter(cards) from Ontario to New Mexico (via normal post: standard letter mail). The cards were shipped on September 30th. how long is a reasonable time to wait given that this is an international letter that has to travel ~3,000 miles and we lost a post day in the US for Columbus day.

When I order my stuff from SCG it is usually in the 7 to 11 day mark, and virginia is half the distance you have, I think 16 days including the holidays and weekends isn't that unreasonable, I would just be patient for a few more days.

PM me who the seller was i probably know them and can tell you if they are a good guy or not.

If overseas normal air mail is about 10-14 days your shiopment should take a lot more.

But sometimes things just "happen". I´ve seen an eBay shipment arrive after 5 months, by that time the seller had some very descriptive negative feedback
