Dwarven firecaster - R
Creature - Dwarf Wizard
When dwarven firecaster comes into play, it deals X damage to target creature,
Where X is the amount of dwarves in play.
1/1

At this mana cost he might be a tad too good, but since there are like...no good dwarfs, i think he's alright...like a miniature FTK.

Current wording:
Dwarven Firecaster - {R}
Creature - Dwarf Wizard
When Dwarven Firecaster comes into play, it deals damage to target creature equal to the number of dwarves you control.
1/1

Before Skred I would have felt that this was ridiculous, but this seems to be an effect Wizards is comfortable making.  Word it thusly:

Dwarven Firecaster - {R}
Creature - Dwarf Wizard
When Dwarven Firecaster comes into play, it deals damage to target creature equal to the number of dwarves you control.

Yes.  But it's okay, I'm into development.

That's actually Templating.

This guy combos pretty well with the Herald. Dwarven Recruiter -> Herald -> Herald -> Herald -> Herald -> Firecaster = 6 damage to a guy + 10 power of creatures on turn three/four.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

Templating is part of development.

True, but I think that's more of a risk from the Herald than anything else.  After all, this is definitely worse than Skred, and Skred is fine.
