This is the deck I play most often in my local playgroup; I've been building it over the course of a few years, hence the high rare density. I'm just looking for a way to tighten it up a bit; it just seems too inconsistent right now. Mind you, I don't want it to play exactly the same game after game. This is just a casual deck, after all.

I'd just like to get it a little more focused.

The deck plan is pretty obvious; keep the board clear with Cataclysm, Balance, and the like, until you have enough mana to drop a fattie or two, or loose a huge Decree.
I'm willing to spend a bit of money to tune the deck up, but no P9, Bazaars, Grim Tutors, etc. I run based off the T1 B/R List, just to keep it from becoming too degenerate.
Only a couple rules:
1) No Fastbond. I've played it before, and Crucible/Fastbond/Zorb is just unfun.
2) Try to avoid making the deck much larger; if anything, I'd like to trim it down a bit. Ninety cards is just weird!
3) I'm willing to splash another color, preferably blue, if it can be kept to 90-100 cards; that would be awesome, actually. Any ideas?
I fully encourage constructive criticism, however, cries of "60 cards noob" or "ur deck sux" will be dutifully ignored; I try to be respectful of other peoples' ideas, and I like it being returned.
