So this morning, as I was wasting a few minutes before I was about to leave for my Japanese Exam, and saw the Daylight Savings reminder on the NY Times.  In other words, I woke up an hour earlier than I had to.  I tried to go back to sleep, but it didn't quite happen.  Anyone else completely forget that this happened today, and ended up waking up ass-early as a result?

It really bummed me out this year.

I was at the pub, feeling bored and tired. FINALLY it was 3 AM and time to hit the sack. Then, ofcourse, we got ANOTHER hour. The bastards. Why can't they turn back the friggin' clock on a saturday night that I'm actually enjoying?

It was amazing. I love getting an extra hour of sleep and still being up early.

Daylight savings = Coffee savings. I drank at least a cup less, maybe even two!

Daylight Savings started here on October 1st, which was also the first day of a chess tournament that I played in. Annoyingly, the tournament started at 9am, and I had to drive an hour to get there, and the night before was an hour shorter than normal.

I once forgot about the time difference between Indiana and Ohio (back when Indiana didn't observe daylight savings), and ended up showing up an hour late to Steve's tournament.  I thought I was 45 minutes early, but, in reality, I was 15 minutes late.

We forgot that Indianapolis changed their daylight time savings and showed up to GenCon an hour later than we wanted.  It kinda blew.
